Participant care
Youth Safety
Youth safety is a condition of launching any Vrishalaya program. Before accepting participants, the founding team will confirm adult supervision, communication channels, locations, emergency contacts, transportation boundaries, online-tool expectations, and a process for reporting concerns.
Core expectations
- Program communication involving minors should include approved adult oversight.
- Adults and youth maintain appropriate physical, digital, and conversational boundaries.
- No participant is promised confidentiality when health or safety may be at risk.
- Bullying, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, and retaliation are not tolerated.
- Photos or recordings require separate, informed permission.
Report a concern
Use the Contact page and write “Youth safety concern” in the subject. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Vrishalaya is not an emergency or crisis service.
This framework must be reviewed and completed by qualified adult professionals before enrollment opens.
