Yoga & Mindfulness

These are weekly sessions that treat yoga as what it was always meant to be: a practice integrating body, breath, and awareness. We blend Hatha yoga with pranayama and some philosophical reflection.

Mentorship

You get paired with someone who has navigated both traditional roots and modern ambitions. One-on-one conversations about identity, career, spirituality, and relationships with someone who genuinely understands both sides.

Service

Community Seva

Seva, selfless service, sits at the core of Indian spiritual tradition. We organize monthly service projects: food drives, environmental cleanups, elder visits, and more. Show up, give, and see what comes back.

Learning

Heritage Education

Workshops, talks, and reading circles on Indian philosophy, history, music, dance, and language. We make Sanskrit, the Bhagavad Gita, Bharatanatyam, and Carnatic music genuinely approachable. No prior knowledge needed, just curiosity.

Wellbeing

Youth Support Circle

A facilitated space for young people to talk about things that don't always have a place: identity, family, belonging, mental health, faith. Grounded in Indian wisdom traditions and led by trained facilitators.

You don't have to say anything the first time.
