Vrishalaya collects information you choose to provide through its interest and contact forms, such as your name, email, participant type, age range, school or organization, interests, availability, experience, and message.

How information is used

We use it to respond, plan programs, communicate relevant updates, support participant safety, and maintain an internal record of inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Young people

We ask for an age range rather than a birth date. A parent or legal guardian must complete the form for a child under 13. Parent or guardian contact is required for prospective participants under 18. Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, or financial information.

Retention, access, and deletion

Interest submissions are retained only while reasonably needed for program planning, communication, safety, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the Contact page.

Photos and media

Submitting an interest form does not grant permission to use a participant's image, name, or creative work publicly. Any media consent will be requested separately.

Service providers

Website hosting and email providers may process information for us. We take reasonable steps to limit access, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
